Valencia is a city in which the past and the present coexist in harmony. In its streets you can find traces of its early history in Roman times from the year 138. B.C., through Arabic, Gothic and Jugendstil monuments.

Our apartments are located in the popular neighborhood of Carmen were you can find the main historic monuments like for example the Lonja de la Seda (Silk-Exchange), which is declared a world heritage site, the Mercado Central (central market), the biggest indoor-market in Spain, the Catedral, the Torre del Miguelete (Miguelete Tower), the Plaza Redonda, the church Santa Catalina, the Torres de Serranos, las Torres de Quart (both old town city gates) or the City Hall of Valencia.

All of our apartments are close to restaurants, shops and bars with live music and terraces where you can enjoy the nice wheather, pubs that you can enjoy all night and countless theatres, like for example the Teatro Principal, the Teatro Olympia, Teatro Rialto or the Teatro Talía.

The beaches Playa de la Malvarrosa and the Playa de las Arenas are one of the other places that are home to a large number of restaurants and pubs, where you can walk alongside the beach and eat a good paella, a characteristic symbol of the cuisine of Valencia.

The Harbor and la The Marina Real Juan Carlos I are other tourist places of the city. There you can walk through the big gardens, eat at one of their restaurants or enjoy a boat ride on the Mediterranean Sea.
